Everything went fine. Best service I have had in a long time from anyone.

The actual process of renewing my ID card was efficiently done. However, I would highly recommend that some sort of sign be posted on or above the door to indicate that it is Room D. Nowhere did I see a sign and had to open the door to ask if I was in the correct area for ID renewal.

My 12:45 appointment went seamlessly. The airman who processed my identification card whose name I didn’t remember, was absolutely efficient and very courteous. He knew what he was doing.
I suggest to everyone who needs their identification card replaced or renewed , to secure an appointment rather than just dropping in.
