Great experience! Very helpful and courteous though I think the guy at the pass and ID card place on the second floor could smile and be more personable. He never once said a kind thing or cracked a smile. He shoved the ID card towards me and never said a thing.

I was very happy with my appointment today the staff was professional and very helpful.the young man who did my ID was great. Ani was very impressed with the young man who remember my last visit.and although my having to return was my fault because I forgot to bring my SSA CARD he asked me how was I doing and told me he was sorry we had to drive back from San Leandro again. That really impressed me.Thank you for a wonderful experience at Travis. I felt safe and secure the way you set up social distancing. I loved the base it was so neat and clean.
The people were friendly. I'm happy they switched over to appointment only. It took about an hour and a half but I understand it was because of COVID. It was organized and didn't take long for my ID to renewed once I got to the back.

I lost my Mil ID (dependent) along with my DL and two debit cards last Friday on a bike ride. Made an appt to replace it and was able to get in relatively quickly. My husband (Ret USAF) and I arrived to be greeted by a very gracious and friendly civilian named Christine. Only waited about five minutes and SSgt Swanier took us to her desk. Not only was she quick and efficient, she was absolutely delightful. A credit to the USAF. We were in and out in a total of about 20 minutes. A very positve experience!

Outstanding! I received a call confirming my appointment choice several days in advance. I subsequently received email confirmation for both my appointment and my wife's. B Upon arrival the waiting area was well organized and spaced. Personnel were very attentive and let us know when our turn was up. Following,!the airman who assisted us was well informed and quite polite and helpful. We appreciated the process and the service. I will pass on my recommendation to fellow retirees and servicemebers with the caveat, call ahead and make an appointment, it makes a difference.

I waited 20 mins past my scheduled appointment time before getting called back, with only 2 others in the lobby. After getting called back, the appointment was quick, professional and friendly.
On Monday, 7/13, my ID card was taken from me at the main gate at about 1:30 PM. The young airman who took the ID didn't know why he had to take it, and I was sent to the Visitor's Center, where I was told to call or contact Customer Service, with the suggestion that would be better off going online since it was hard to get Customer Svs to answer their phone. Now home, I gave the phone a try at about 2:15 PM, and lo and behold, it was answered by M/Sgt Glenn Davis. I requested an appointment, and he said "How about this afternoon?" At 3:15 I was at Customer Svs, and 10 minutes later, I had a new ID card. Thanks to all, and especially to M/Sgt Davis. Who said Government was inefficient! Sid Whiting, Ret USAF, LTC JAG

Sgt Davis was so quick and helpful with everything I needed and he set my appointment for me right on the spot when I just looked clueless in the hallway in front of mpf. And the personnel at mpf were helpful and quick with the process. THANK YOU!
Once we got back it went really quickly. We had an 8:30 appointment, arrived on time and were brought back at 8:55. By 9:00 we were done.

I was pleasantly surprised how efficient this process was to get my ID. I called and a real person answered the phone. They were very professional and helpful in setting up an appointment. The day of my appointment the efficiency continued. The staff was friendly and I was done within 15 minutes!
It was so pleasant dealing with personnel at Customer Service section. They are so attentive and courteous with us. It took us only few minutes to get my dependent spouse ID. The new system is AMAZING!!!! No waiting too long. My appt was 4:00 but got there early, around 3:40pm. Im already out by 4:12pm! I think you guys should just keep it like this. This new process is not too tiring for you guys and it’s not stressful for the military families and active duty members!

Our time there was very efficient at the front desk. It feels so good to have an I.D. card again! I was born and raised at Tinker Air Force Base and had to give up my I.D. when I became of age. Now I don't feel like an orphan since I got my I.D. back! Under the circumstances of my husband's cancer, he is now 100% disabled. So, I very much appreciate the military assistance that he is now able to receive. Thank you, God Bless you and stay safe.

Scheduling my appointment was a bit of a hassle/challenge. It's a hit or miss with the number listed to call. Once I was able to schedule my appointment, service was great, efficient! I arrived for my appointment at 1413hrs, it was scheduled for 1415hrs. I was walking out of the building at 1426hrs with my new military ID. Awesome!!!!
It was scheduled last week show up today and they wouldn't do it. So I went for nothing. So not good customer service.

A Military member at Travis AFB on 18 May 2020, updated Deers account for depend son who is attending collage. The military member updated the information in the system wrong and I had told the member this and they were adamant the information was right. Today 26 May 2020 I check Tri-care and was told my son was not eligible for medical care due to DEERS. This has cause a hardship with a cost of $250 -$360 per month for medical coverage that I cant afford. Hopefully this information will reach someone who can ensure the update in DEERS is completed Accurately.
When I first began the process, it was by phone and I could not get a specific list of what was required in the letter from the doctor. After getting all the information that I need, it was a very easy and quick process. The lady at the ID center was very nice and happy as was the one where I got the agent letter. It does seem like the two offices could be combined but I’m sure there is good reason they are not. The building numbers were very confusing as the number has nothing to do with the actual physical address and they are in no apparent order. All in all, it was very efficient and all the people I dealt with were fantastic.
